With the explosion of name, image and likeness in college athletics, the competitive landscape has become significantly more interesting in recent months. Programs or groups like the Gator Collective are scrambling to raise money to orchestrate deals for players, as programs across the country compete not only to prove to recruits they have a terrific setup, but also to keep current players happy.

The Swamp247 team sat down with Gator Collective CEO Eddie Rojas to discuss his organization's work in laying a foundation for NIL at Florida, talking through some of the various hurdles and challenges and getting a better understanding of the lay of the land. We chatted with Eddie for about 20 minutes and then finished up the episode with our thoughts on the current state of affairs as it relates to NIL.
