On this episode I take a deeper look at what it means to have "IT". We hear that all the time from coaches, commentators, parents, etc. and what do they actually mean when they say that player just has "IT". What they're really trying to say is that the player performs exceptionally well and can handle adversity and struggle. Does this mean that you must be born with the gift of having "IT". I would argue that its both. Some athletes are born with innate abilities that other athletes must work a bit harder to obtain. But I believe that everyone can have "IT" by first being aware of what they want to work on and then going out and doing it. The foundation for doing this is believing in yourself first and foremost.
