In this episode, Cat & Tracey explore the magic of play! We talk about what play is, and what it means to us humans & horses, and why it is so important to bring in to your relationship with your horse. We also explore how there are many different types of play, and it's so valuable to get to know yourself & your horse, and what you both find fun. We also talk about how play is vulnerable, and requires you to feel really safe within your body, nervous system and environment, and how that is something so key to keep in mind when you want to bring more play into conversations with your horse.
