In this book, it goes in to detail about the man himself Wim Hof and how his technique as not only helped him and his health, but thousands of other people. He has helped people with Crohn's Disease, Diabetes, Arthritis, and the list goes on. This is all done through his technique and I want to talk about how this can help you or a loved one!
