Toronto Mayor John Tory has announced several measures to combat gun violence in the city. One includes doubling the size of the city’s Community Crisis Response Program from four to eight staff. Scott McKean, manager of Toronto's Community Safety and Wellbeing unit, joined the show to discuss what the program is all about.
