Toxic Productivity? Do you ever feel like you aren’t doing enough? Or find yourself having a day off, yet you can’t keep still - you HAVE to do something? If that sounds all too familiar, you’re not alone. I have been dealing with the same thing - toxic productivity.

The New York Post highlighted that 47% of Americans consider themselves workaholics; however, only 28% state that they work for financial necessity. Toxic productivity is masked as the hustle or grind culture, but really it just leads to feeling unmotivated, burnout, and lack of self-worth. Now trust me when I say it’s a cycle. We tend to put our self-worth based on how many things we get done in the day or how much we earn. But I’m here to tell you that’s not how it works!
