It's the start of "Women's Month" here at What Is Up! Our first guest is Chynna Cochran of the amazing pro-life Jewelry Company Natan Gives.

Chynna has quite the story and shares almost all of it on part 1 of her episode. Starting out as an unplanned, unwanted pregnancy followed by a very confusing childhood filled with ups and downs created by divorce, brokenness and bad choices.

The struggles of seeking validation as teenager in all the wrong ways really took a toll on Chynna...but her encounters with Christians always stuck with her as she spiraled downward in life.

This former college cross country star had an amazing wake up call in her life and yet that didn't prevent her from experiencing trauma as a young married person who moved out of the country. She ended up a divorced single mom of two and not sure of her relationship with God.

Now remarried, stay at home Mom and founder of the pro-life jewelry company Natan, she is having an impact! As an outspoken pro-life advocate she donates 20% of all Natan's proceeds to pro-life pregnancy resource centers, she is putting her money where her mouth is!

Her jewelry, passion, advocacy for the unborn has caught the eye of other big names in the pro-life movement like Lila Rose, Allie Stuckey, Riley Gaines, Kaitlynn Wheeler, Leigh-Allyn Baker, Maddie Hargas and Noa Estrella.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is really catching on around here so we got the Northeast Iowa Director of FCA, Ben Schmidt on for episode 75!

Ben grew up in good home with supportive parents who always encouraged him in everything he did. So when they got divorced while Ben was in JH, it was life-changing for him.

After excelling in sports and football in particular, Ben left the small town Keswick, Iowa and walked on to the UNI Panthers football team, eventually earning a scholarship.

But that first year of college, Ben self admittedly "fell on his face" and really was going nowhere in life. But thanks to being introduced to a real relationship with Jesus through campus ministry...come 2nd semester, Ben fell to his knees and gave his life to Jesus!

Best decision ever! The Lord turned things around and now Ben is not only married 17 yrs and 3 kids, he is still working with UNI Panthers on spiritual and character growth along with highschoolers all across NE Iowa with Fellowship of Christian Athletes!

Check out this great story of a small town kid who went from studying to be a Dentist and living the college party scene to seeing what he always knew about creation when he switched to Biology...that there is an amazing creator who loves us behind our design!

In part 2 of Braden's episode we find out he ain't just hungry for whatever the Lord has to offer...he is also literally hungry! This dude aims for 200g of protein daily and works out 2x per day. But also makes sure to read the Bible daily and fast once per week!

That is one heck of physical and spiritual "diet."

Going deeper with Braden we find that he is not a fan of laziness, complaining and doom-scrolling. He thinks we should not complain if we can do anything about the problem we are complaining about.

Braden has figured out that our phones, social media and the bias in news & education are dividing us!

To conclude this episode, I ask Braden "What is up with AI?" Is it good or bad or both?

Then we get into the life and legacy of Charlie Kirk.

-the evil that was behind his assasination

-the evil that was in those who celebrated it

Say what you want, but we both agreed that Charlie was always willing to listen to the other side...he would even let them speak first!

We need more of that in the world today!
