Many women report leaking, feelings of vaginal heaviness and other prolapse symptoms, as well as back problems during or after their yoga session. 

Do not panic; in todays episode I explore how we can work with our bodies to improve how it feels and performs during your yoga session... with the caveat that I am so not a yogi, but a lover of yoga and incorporating the fundamental principles of how you move, into your regular yoga routine! ;)
