In this episode, we explore what it means to listen to our bodies – when we aren’t able to process emotions, situations and traumas in the mind, our body stores it instead.

When we can start to think about certain phrases such as “carrying the weight on your shoulders” or “slipping through your fingers” or “bit off more than you can chew”, your body aches and issues start to make sense for what happens in your life.

Your body whispers to you with what you need to pay attention to, if you ignore it, the whisper turns into a scream.

Your task: pay attention to your body and notice what it’s telling you. Listen to what comes up in your mind about what might be the deeper meaning to your bodily aches or pains, get curious instead of judgemental!
