The idea behind the model of coaching is to have a certain process in a certain sequence.
The GROW Model is the most common one and the easiest one to use.

You are exploring the reality, and this is the R
The O is the stage and is the part of your coaching session where you're going to explore with him Options.
The W, the way forward.
It is important to keep it always in your mind and refer to it whenever you are coaching.
