Routines are essential in practice and life. What is your daily routine like? I like to get up early so that I can pray or meditate. I will drink some water and have a small, nutritious snack. Then I work on my self directed investment. I check on the market at 6:30 AM Pacific when the market opens. I spend about 30 minutes on investing and then I put my running shoes on and go for a run, work on strength training, and then come home to some have healthy breakfast. That helps me to set my day up for success.
