The I love you challenge is officially back. The whole month of Febuary. We arent just loving on Valentines day we are loving every single day. The idea behind the I love You Challege came after the man in cleveland went on a shooting spree on facebook live. He made statements that he felt ivisible, no one paid any attention  to him and that he wanted to do something he would be remember for before he ultimately took his own life. His family members and close friends claimed that they did not see this coming, they did not see signs of sadness or depression and it came out of no where. Think about the people aroud us and the smiles they put on display. We never know what someone might be going through on the inside. One simple text letting someone know that you love them and are thinking about them can simply be life or death, or it can be as simple as brigtening up a bad day because of spilled milk. Whatever the reason is nobody should go unloved this february. We have many challenges that go viral. Why not this one? I dont want the credit or my name attacthed to it. Lets make somthing positive go viral for once. Viral in silence if we have too.  Tune into the podcast to hear full details!

I am all for women being free and able to display and show their bodies to their pleasing, as long as they are doing it for themsleves.
