#274 - Do you have a reason why you run? Do you have Something that gets you out on your runs and keeps you out, especially on those really tough training runs? Sooner or later, those reasons will be tested. That's why, this week, I thought I would explore our WHY for running. Why do we do what we do? Why do we spend so much time running, thinking about running, recovering from running, preparing for running? Our reasons our WHY may change over our running years from when we started but it's a good time to ask ourselves if our reasons for running are enough to keep us going.
