Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Mac Wells graduated with a B.A. in Music from Wilberforce University and later trained with one of the top acting coaches in Atlanta, Georgia, Dwayne Boyd.  Mac Wells is known for his role in HBO’s Lovecraft Country . He is one of the actors to portray characters for both Marvel Studios and DC Entertainment Universe. Mr. Wells also played Agent Dirk Ellis in Doom Patrol and Sinzell Johnson in Black Lightning.
