Growing is hard - you have to take accountability, learn from mistakes, try new things, and get hit in the face with your demons. During this growth period I’ve learned so much about myself, and continued to do the work so I can be the person I was always meant to be. So, this is what I’ve learned this past year, and why I’m done listening to the voice in my head that keeps telling me lies.
