Thanksgiving, opening Christmas gifts, birthday parties, graduation celebrations, sweet 16s, quinceañeras, wedding ceremonies, receptions, etc. All these things have one thing in common: they are traditional things we do and celebrate.  Jesus spends some time discussing traditions with his disciples. He will tell us when traditions can become a bad thing, but for the most part, they are good, depending on your motives and mindset.
