Alexandra “Alex” Baldwin, who has nearly 30 years of experience in the sports industry, is in her fifth year as the president of the Korn Ferry Tour in 2023 after originally being appointed to the role on Jan. 30, 2019.

As president of the Korn Ferry Tour, Baldwin is the first female in history to lead one of the PGA TOUR’s global Tours. In 2022, the TOUR announced Baldwin would also assume oversight of the international tours, including PGA TOUR Canada and PGA TOUR Latinoamérica. In her role as the head of the “Pathway Tours,” – Korn Ferry Tour, PGA TOUR Canada, PGA TOUR Latinoamérica – she also is responsible for the management of PGA TOUR University and the PGA TOUR Qualifying Tournament (Q-School).

She originally joined the PGA TOUR in 2017 as the vice president of corporate partnerships, where she was responsible for the marketing partnership team and overseeing key partner account teams including Morgan Stanley, Dell and Rolex, among others.

Prior to joining the PGA TOUR, Baldwin served as a corporate consulting executive at CAA Sports in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, working with major brands on their strategy and activation plans in sports and entertainment. During her time at CAA, she was honored by the Sports Business Journal and named to their “Game Changers” Class of 2014, a program which recognizes women who are profoundly impacting the sports industry.

Before she joined CAA Sports, Baldwin was with Boston-based Fenway Sports Management, consulting clients and driving sales efforts around premier golf properties, including the Deutsche Bank Championship.

Her career in the sports industry began in 1992 as an intern with International Management Group (IMG), where she eventually became an agent, representing LPGA stars Karrie Webb and Suzann Pettersen, as well as PGA TOUR winners Brad Faxon and Carlos Franco.

After her parents immigrated from Italy, she was raised in Milford, Connecticut. Baldwin, who also speaks Spanish and Italian, attended Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.Baldwin and her husband, Eric, reside in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and have one son, Max, and one daughter, Olivia.

Wichita State University named Kevin Saal its 19th director of athletics on June 15, 2022.

Dr. Rick Muma, Wichita State President, introduced Saal in front of a large crowd of Wichita State supporters and staff on June 17, 2022.

"This is a new day for Shocker Athletics. As we look to the future of our program, I am incredibly pleased to welcome Kevin to Shocker Nation. Kevin returns to his home state of Kansas with a strong, forward-thinking vision for our men's and women's intercollegiate athletics programs," Muma said. "Kevin is just the person to move WSU's athletics program forward and push it to even greater heights."

In his role as Director of Athletics, Saal will report to Muma and be responsible for managing, planning and directing the operations of the university's intercollegiate athletics programs. He will also be responsible for managing oversight of sponsorships, fundraising, partnerships, marketing, public relations, strategic planning, compliance, academics, student-athlete development and performance, Name Image and Likeness (NIL), and hiring and mentoring coaches.
