Dramatic title for an episode, I know. BUT, self-love is so important that without it, you'll die - metaphorically of course. You may become a shell of your former self or stay stuck in your mess. I talk so much about self-love because I truly believe in it. This week I'm talking all about stepping into self-love and putting yourself first.

Offering forgiveness to those who harm us allows us to face our fears, become stronger and our confidence grows. BUT only if you're brave enough to actually face your fear.

Mindset matters, even if it's a catchy Internet phrase right now. Overcoming negativity and focusing on living a happier life are not easy, but is the single most important part of self-love (in my opinion of course).
