Dr. Paul Syers is a technology manager at the Adv. Materials and Manufacturing Technologies office at the Department of Energy. His focus areas are energy storage, microelectronics and technology commercialization. PHd in physics in 2015 and since then has been active in Sci and Tech policy and R&D management.
