Welcome  to "What Lights Your Fire?"! This is a motivational podcast to try and keep both you and me motivated for the week ahead and remind ourselves  why we started in the first place. This week I talk a bit about New Year's resolutions and how you can stay on track with yours especially when you do not feel up to the task. It gets hard, but take a listen to today's episode for how you can make getting through them a bit easier.

Feel free to email me an episode idea and/or give us a follow on  Instagram!  Maybe...just maybe...I will eventually venture into more social media platforms.

  • Ep. 8: Family

Welcome to "What Lights Your Fire?"! This is a motivational podcast to try and keep both you and me motivated for the week ahead and remind ourselves why we started in the first place. This week's inspiration is simple: Family. I could not and would not be here without the love and support of those in my life, so that absolutely sparks my fire.

  • Ep. 7: Survive and Advance

Welcome to "What Lights Your Fire?"! This is a podcast to try and keep both you and me motivated for the week ahead and remind ourselves why we started in the first place. This week's inspiration comes from Jim Valvano who not only was an outstanding human, but helps light my fire every single day with his many quotable motto's. In the episode I talk about him as a person, but what I feel should be included in this description is the link to his cancer foundation just so more people can be aware of the fight against this disease and its many forms. Feel free to email me an episode idea or give us a follow on Instagram. Maybe...just maybe...I will eventually venture into more social media platforms.

  • Ep. 6: It's the Little Things

This week's theme is about the little things and keeping the joy in your day alive. That joy is directly correlated to keeping you motivated and ready for the next day. Keep pushing and find those little things this week!

Email me ideas! I want to talk about not just what inspires me, but what inspires YOU! I am also very much open to criticism or what you liked/did not like from the episode. You can send those to [email protected].

Follow us on Instagram at @wlyourfire for episode updates and to see how my very abnormal brain functions to keep me motivated.

  • Ep. 5: They Don't Know Me Son!

Welcome back to  What Light's Your Fire! This week we have the motivation machine as a source of inspiration. Maybe one day we can have him on as a guest (obviously a pipe-dream we have 2 listeners). We focus on his achievements and mental fortitude that is exemplified through one of my favorite quotes of his. Episode 5 was brought upon by our first listener request (ah!) and if you want to request an episode idea or send any listener reviews the email for this podcast is down below. Go kill this week and feel free to rate, review, and follow this podcast for more motivation each and every week.

  • Ep. 4: Miracle

Welcome to "What Lights Your Fire?"! I am here to bring you a bit of motivation every week (true fans know I am struggling with this) to help you keep pushing forward in the tough times life brings. Today's episode is inspired from the 1980 men's USA Olympic hockey team and a speech from the film adaptation "Miracle". I will link some info on the team down below and if you haven't seen the movie before...get a grip. Go watch it now. I also would like to correct myself in the audio because I mentioned they won the gold medal for this game. It was in the next game after this against Finland that they ended up winning it all. Regardless of my ignorance, boy is a story for the history books.

  • Ep. 2: I'm Gonna Be Somebody

This episode of "What Lights Your Fire?" is brought to you by absolutely nothing besides utter determination and grit. You are going to be somebody and this week's episode reminds you of just that. This song inspired me this week and sort of distracted me from the true message I wanted to convey, but it's an episode nonetheless. You can be who you desire to be and I believe in you. Ultimately, all that matters is do YOU believe you're going to be somebody.

  • Fall Forward

Where there's a will is a motivational podcast to help give you something to get your feet chugging each week. If you find it hard to motivate yourself to accomplish the things you desire out of life, allow me to give you some ways to find motivation that will help narrow your vision on your goals. The biggest opponent you'll face in this life is a lack of direction, so go out and find one this week. Where there is a will to keep going, there surely is a way. This week's episode focuses on a quote from Denzel Washington that has helped me in tough times in my life: Fall Forward.
