Ciaran, along with his business partner Aaron Wall, opened Homeboy Bar 2 years ago in London. Since its original opening, he has managed secure a second location & in the last week he has launched a new businesss, 'The Bottle Shop"
Ciaran is a wealth of knowledge & getting the opportunity to sit down with him was amazing. He has so many isights to the hospitality industry & if you are like me & missing the pub at the moment, you will enjoy this.
