Holiness is not about perfection, but direction. As we align our hearts with God's, yield to the work of the Holy Spirit, our lives will increasingly reflect His holiness. Jesus radical teaching challenges our understanding of holiness. We need Jesus to search our hearts and show us where we need His transforming touch. We have to look beyond external conformity and focus on the state of our hearts. We must also learn to balance truth and love as we walk through this journey with and support others. The beauty of it is that our lives will increasingly reflect His holiness, not through our own efforts, but through the power of the Holy Spirit working in us!
