In short–and perhaps this is merely a truism as well as a self-fulfilling prophecy that doesn't feel insightful:

The world’s most effective ad agencies are built for effectiveness.

1. They have a clear and compelling ambition,
2. They’re self-improving organisms that value learning, and
3. Everything and everyone is in service of doing something that’s never been done before, and
4. Obviously, they track and count everything they do.
