After a great time of rejoicing with Jesus today in Luke 10:21-24 we make it to an "expert in the law" who tries to test Jesus about what it takes to inherit eternal life. The answer this "expert" receives is exactly what he thought, but the problem with him (as well as with us) is he simply couldn't understand the meaning of what Jesus was saying!
