Everyone knows that growing a business is challenging. There are a lot of long nights and uncertainty around it. But you need to be aware of a whole other conversation about growth.
First of all, you have to ask yourself if you really want to grow your business. Maybe you don’t want to do it. And in this episode, we’ll explain why it’s OK to be satisfied with having a lean (but successful) company.
Sometimes, after a meteoric rise, you can experience a plateau. That’s when you must analyze if you need to enroll some A-players for your team or if it’s time to step aside and let someone else take the wheel.
Besides hard work, there is a mindset that you need to develop to achieve an epic rise. Keep your ego in check to identify if you are being truthful to your desires or just want what everyone else wants.
