In today’s episode I will be reading the article I wrote for this campaign called “All My Life, No One Told Me”. It was definitely an experience writing this article, a lot of feelings and a lot of emotions- but I am glad we are talking about it now. There are a lot of things I wish I could change about my childhood and to be honest, life; and I am honoured to have partnered with such an incredible foundation to hopefully make changes in how people seek treatment and also how society treats people living with mental illness.
