Crystal and Myself met almost two years ago, here in the Columbia River Gorge.

We partnered up to teach a Yoga Teacher Training and are jumping into our second month this weekend. Even in the midst of a global pandemic, we chose to reorient and move forward. We adjust, even in the discomfort, we have began to see new opportunities and perspectives in all of what is happening.  We want to share our honest journey, and what we offer for support.
