Recently I learned that we should be spending 8-12% of ๐พ๐ฏ๐ฌ๐น๐ฌ ๐พ๐ฌ ๐พ๐จ๐ต๐ป ๐ป๐ถ ๐ฉ๐ฌ with collections, not where we are.ย We all have aggressive growth goals of where we want our practice to be, how many members of our community we want to be impacting on a daily basis.ย That aggressive growth has to be matched by our marketing strategy.ย ย
