So a Pyrrhic victory is a victory that inflicts such a devastating toll on the victor that it is tantamount to defeat or negates any true sense of achievement or damages long-term progress. . What are the things that you think you have won but have actually cost you more than the victory paid? I mean this happens in my life right. I only make as much money or have as much business as I feel is acceptable. Because I want love and acceptance by my friends and family. I will accept being overweight because If I am thin friends look down on me and feel like I don’t have struggles. So I will accept the victory of being 20 LBS overweight so that I feel accepted and loved. I will move on from one thing to another and accept distraction so as not to move out of the social norm of financial freedom of those I care about. Have you ever stayed in a relationship past the time when it was good? That could have been a pyrrhic victory.
Pyrrhic victories come from looking at ourselves. But we are here for more than that. I am here to “inspire” each of you to greater heights. My life is about “How do I get you to see the Amazing miracle that you are?” My responsibility is to be of impact on your life! To leave it better than it was when I came into it. You are unique in all of time there has never been nor will there ever be someone like you! We cannot clone you. The clone might be made up of the same genetic characteristics, but your mind and your experiences are so unique that they would be a whole different person. There is nothing like you anywhere. Your energy signature cannot be duplicated and it is felt by others you meet. Your choices and actions are what determine how you show up and get those out to people. Will you continue to accept your Pyrrhic victories or will you move past them and dig down and create an amazing life for you and those that you meet?
