Making The Right Choice with $100k! What Should He Do With It?
Today's call-in guest, Jarrod, is wondering what would be the next best choice for him investment-wise, as he has built up a capital of $100k at the age of 23.
He has already set up a 3D printing business and has an annual income of $30k from a part-time job. However, he still wonders if it would be a wiser choice to instead dive into property investing.
Jeremy Iannuzzelli gives his perspective and advice on what a 23 year old with a passion for business and content creation should do...
And that is to invest In himself!
To really hone his skills and find ways to elevate his income instead.
As the saying goes, "Just because you can doesn't mean you do."
It always revolves around what each individual is passionate about and what gets them excited, as there is no greater motivation than pursuing one's passion in life.
This episode proves that it is also very important to assess yourself and find out what you wanna do, not just do something just because you can.
You wouldn't want to miss this chat, as it could really help put things into perspective when making the right choices with your hard-earned money.

What is the Rich-Poor Paradox? How to have a Wealthy Mindset!
The dilemma of how to have a wealth mindset has been on all our minds at one point in our lives. We try to figure out what it really takes to have that mentality that will push us to the next level financially...
And it all starts with how we think!
Just change your mindset to begin with, and over time, as you develop the habits and build the foundation, saving money to make money becomes second nature.
This episode, Jeremy Iannuzzelli shares with us four key habits we should develop:
- Creating a continuing investing habit, as it is easy to try and start to invest, but it's actually investing consistently that wins every time.
- Getting a budget buddy should be a priority, as everything is easier with the company. This is preferably done with someone close to you.
- Practicing delayed gratification is the key to regulating your impulses, as it is always easier to be comfortable now, but preparing to be comfortable for the rest of your life should be your mindset.
- Learning to spot your own invalid excuses is very important to keep yourself grounded and to be accountable for your own shortcomings, as the path to wealth has a lot of twists and turns, and it's holding yourself to a higher standard that gets you through that path.
So, what are you waiting for? This is an episode you won't want to pass up!
