God's call and promises bring hope where there has been none; and they bring life from the dead!

Christ is more than our example, and the Bible is more than rules.

God is the God who gives endurance and encouragement (Rom 15:5). Christ connects us to God, and Christ connects us to one another for our encouragement and perseverance.

The gospel does not remove pain, suffering, and loss from this life, and it does not satisfy the desires of our flesh. The gospel saves our souls and works to transformed the saved into the likeness of Christ.

When sin finds its way into our lives, we should remember who our God is. Genesis is a good guide into God's nature and the power of His promises!

God's love is powerful to save and it directs us through the hardships of our lives.

The powerful redeeming nature of our God will guide our hearts through the most difficult times (Isa 40-41).

We understand the treasure of political and civil freedoms we have in our country, but God offers a real life giving freedom to us in Christ!

God promised Abraham that He would bless the world through him, by a single Offspring/Seed, and that One born to bless and redeem was the Christ, the Son of God (Gen 22:18; Gal 3:16).

Sin came into the world through man, and subsequently death reigned. God gracefully gives righteousness to reign in life - Rom 5:21.
