That is the question......Many times the government has failed to keep it's promises in keeping the environment safe from unsustainable development.....from capitalism and so on....Yet it goes on to give the Chinese every part of the nation for digging in the name of economic rejuvenation.All efforts towards protection has been met with an unorganized system of the municipality which has held a lot of progress back.
