  • Sas Petherick | How to Stay Sane Online
It's a bit of a different one today as Sas inadvertently gives me an hour of therapy!
If you don't know Sas, she is one of the most awesome humans around. I discovered her through Sara Tasker's podcast, Hashtag Authentic and quickly became enamored with her dulcet Kiwi tones and awesome podcast Courage and Spice.
She's a self-doubt expert, coach, and mentor for women who want to transcend their self-doubt and cultivate self-belief instead. I can't emphasise enough how incredibly empowering Sas is and tell you gently that you NEED her in your life.
I went on one of Sas' retreats Write Yourself Home and it was a real turning point for me in my self-doubt journey. So, in this episode, we discuss something that I'm more than a little preoccupied with - feedback. Good, bad......we are all bombarded with it and especially so when you've chosen a life and career online.
If you need to hear an episode that will make you feel everything's okay, this one is for you. In fact, whoever you are and whatever you need - this one's for you!

I chat with Kate about the strange twists and turns our careers can take and how staying playful is important in this crazy online world we are all in.
She opened up about the challenges of being a single mum right through to where she is today, in a super positive space after her 'online gap year'
If you need to hear that it's all gonna be okay and that you can achieve amazing things without following the rules this is the episode for you.

  • The Slow Traveler | Improve Your Instagram Photography
This week I chat with the wonderful Carolyn of The Slow Traveler. It's another giggle fest as we had a natter about Instagram, slow travel (including India tangents.....) and how and why Carolyn decided to do a degree in photography.
FULL DISCLOSURE: We recorded this episode before Carolyn https://www.theslowtraveler.net/i-hacked-my-own-instagram-account/ ( hacked her own Instagram account), so that's the reason we didn't chat about it!
Carolyn was so honest, generous and funny and I felt super inspired after chatting with her.
If you are feeling a bit 'meh' about Instagram, this is the episode for you.

  • A Beauty Junkie in London | Losing your Blogging Mojo
Hooray, it's March! I actually recorded this way back in January when I was simple dreaming of Spring weather......
Anyway, I LOVED chatting with the wonderful Jen of A Beauty Junkie in London blog. I've followed her blog since way back when I was also blogging about beauty and have seen her blog grow and change into the awesome space it is now.
We had a really honest chat about what it feels like to lose your blogging mojo, how rejection is crap and why it's SO important to follow your own path.
If you're sick of blogging or have lost your blogging mojo, this is the episode for you.

  • Ellie Quinn | How to Manifest Abundance
Ellie and I had such a fun, woo-woo chat about how we've both seen a huge step-change in the success of our blogs since changing our mindset.
We dig deep into our blogging goals, and how we're planning them and why we've both decided to STOP DOING ALL THE THINGS!
If you've been doing all the things but feel like you aren't succeeding, this episode is for you.

  • Sarah Starrs | How to Work in Flow
This week I get to chat with my long-time fangirl crush and fellow podcaster Sarah Starrs.
We delve into a little bit of woo-woo and talk about the struggles of working out of flow (especially when you have a baby!). Sarah is such a unicorn. She's Canadian, so that makes her intrinsically amazing but on top of that she is just a really kind, interesting human who I could have chatted to for hours.
If you're a new mama, or you've been feeling like you're working against your natural rhythms, this is the episode for you.

  • Traverse | What Brands REALLY Want From Bloggers
This week it's What HE Said as I chat to Paul and Michael, the founders of Traverse.
USE THIS CODE TO GET https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/traverse-18-tickets-35384319452?discount=wss15offer (DISCOUNTED ROTTERDAM) TICKETS > wss15offer
Traverse is a digital influencer marketing agency and also organise the biggest influencer events in the UK. You've probably been to one or two of their events even if you haven't realised it, especially if you are in the travel niche.
And I used to work for them :)
I thought it would be cool to chat with them about what brands look for from influencers, so we had a lively catch up at Michael's bachelor pad about the things you can do to get yourself noticed. It might surprise you that it's not all about the numbers!
If you want to start working with brands, tourist boards, your local off-license (!) -- this is the episode for you.

  • Weekend Candy | How to Beat Self-Doubt
I feel so super lucky I get to chat to such amazing women each week for the podcast, and none more so than this week when I share my chat with Claire of Weekend Candy.
Claire is a super warm, super honest blogger who shares her journey from baby blogger to the superstar she is today. She opens up about some of those feelings of self-doubt and how they can hold you back. We also talk about some of the downsides of press trips because sometimes they can totally be crappy.
If you've been struggling with self-doubt and need a friendly reminder you rock, this is the episode for you.

  • All That is She | Growing your Instagram Following
This week I chat with the amazing Dominique of All That is She.
Dominique is the maven behind the incredible #allthatisthree and #objectsforoutfits hashtag series on Instagram and has grown her following from 0 to 466k in less than four years! She now has an amazing lifestyle blog where she shares Instagram tips, style posts, and general musings
We chatted about finding your feet on Instagram, experimenting without stressing about your grid and remembering not to worry too much about the scaremongering and rules!
We also dug into overcoming creative blocks and really embracing your own life -- even if you don't like flowers, slow living or coffee table books about Kinfolk (can someone tell me what the f@ck that book is about anyway?!) This is essentially where I got serious giggles and couldn't stop laughing.....
