It's that time of year when we start looking reflecting on the year that's been and the changes we're wanting to make in our business next year.

In today's episode, I talk you through three great questions to ask yourself when considering the kind of support that you might require to create what you desire:

• What are your goals for 2025?
• What do you require to achieve your goals? New skills, tools or tactics? Support to create an aligned strategy - and to follow through? Holistic support?
• What is your capacity for investment (time and money)?

Looking at the support that YOU as the business owner require is more important than ever in more uncertain times. Your ability to be resourceful, resilient, agile, grounded and clear in your decision making and action taking - is essential.
