What the F&%@ is happening to my body?
Are you going into Peri Menopause or Menopause, do you feel crazy, have symptoms you can't explain….me too!
In this podcast I want to be open and vulnerable and share some of what is happening to my body and mind that I can’t explain. I feel ripped off and I am at times at my wits end with what to do, so experimenting with what works and what doesn’t work is all I can do.
At 52 I am just at the beginning of my second act (as Jane Fonda calls it) it needs to be better than this.
Remember we are all resilient beyond what we contemplate is possible, so never give up on you.
