I am sort of embarrassed that I am sharing this one. I am trying to improve my reading skills. I think the last time I read outloud this much was in elementary school. Forgive me please don't judge me. If you don't like it just ignore it. I don't want to talk to you if you are just going to be negative.
What happens after you are able to realize you are in panic mode.
This is and was always meant to be me talking to myself.

Yo - This one here today was a shocker to me too! I actually ended up recording for about an hour but it shut off on me. So glad it did.
Please use this message wisely. With caution! write these words carefully. Sometimes, what you write in the blank spaces, becomes your reality. And sometimes, we doubt our own abilities to make it so.
Your next moments will drive by. Much like your previous ones have moved aside. This message is a fluent one. It dances on the Rhymes we dance to. A rhyme felt by the heart. Be careful what you write in between the lines. They just may come true. Then, you will become a believer too. If only this were true. GOD gonna make a fool out of you
Flow is Flow. No matter how bad it is or isn’t.
Fill in the Blank with a believable message. One you believe with more than, “the monkey brain scattered thoughts flowing through you right now”. Brainstorm around this. Make sure you have the right answer, without second guessing yourself to much. Often times we know the message but, we can’t put our fingers on it. We can’t seem to get the words to match up just right. We can’t connect the dots, to present, creating a clear picture. That is ok. Not pinning it down is best. Knowing that it is bigger, than this moment, is best.
Breath in deeper, into your core and into your heart. In and out, at your own pace. Reach up with your right hand, straight into the air. Now take your right hand and place it over your heart. Feel your heart for a second.
As you slide your fingers over to your left nipple. “Pinch” your left nipple! Say to yourself, “I FEEL HAPPY”. Know that we are all pinching our left nipples together. Breath in and out, and relax. Let your stresses melt away.
Breath in and out at your own pace. Deep down to your core and into your heart. In and out at your own pace with intent and attention. Purposely smile to yourself while your breath in. Expand that smile so it wrinkles your eyes and stretches the muscles in your face, beyond a normal smile. Make your smile so big it hurts for a second or two. Breath and feel your heart opening up. Feel the sensation of happiness wash over your body. Allow your smile to program your mood.
