In this episode I give a big ol shout out to the great state of Michigan and its gorgeous lakes/beaches, good eats/drinks, and shops they bestow. So So So Cute!  I talk about how I've been slippin' a bit regarding my health and wellness journey and how the ebb and flow of it all needs to be accounted for. I recommend a really great book in the "What's Really Good" segment and I go OFF on my deep disdain for Jeopardy not choosing Levar Burton as their official host.
