What the Louisville housing market needs

Listen Later

This week on the Access Louisville podcast we talk about a couple of different housing developments that have been announced in the last week. The largest is a $100 million mixed housing development planned off Hurstbourne Parkway.
This will be a mix of different types of housing — from apartments to single family homes large and small — that's coming in near the Jeffersontown Meijer.
We sorta wander into some interior design talk after that.
We also talk about a new destination coming to Downtown Louisville, called Whiskey Alley. Finally, we chat about a new bourbon brand that's coming to the market called Brough Brothers Bourbon (love that name.)
Time stamps are below, if you're one of those skipping around types.
• Whiskey Alley/Downtown talk: 1:00
• Residential real estate/interior design: 3:52
• Brough Brothers/favorite new bourbons: 12:35
