Coaching is a partnership.

You are partnering literally with someone in order to go together throughout the journey, you are going to take him mostly from point A to point B.

A is the reality right now.

Point B will be the destination that he wants to achieve the goal or the challenge he wants to overcome.

The most important area that we need to consider as coaches are Trust.

When there is no Trust, there is no proper connection.

When there is no proper connection, the client is almost not open up.

If someone is hiring you as a coach, in most of the cases he did his investigation, or are you being recommended by someone. so, there's already a certain level of respect for trust.

When it comes to organizations we do build, this trust as it been highlighted from the beginning.

Trust is not something that we can get or something that we can buy.

Trust is a journey, We build it piece by piece with this person.

We need to be honest, and we need to comply with our requirements and our commitment as a coach. We need to honor our commitment.

In order to build Trust, it happens that we do mistakes, we do things wrong, we miss an appointment, these things can happen. So, it's important for us to admit when we are wrong, it is important to admit that we've been wrong.

We need to show people that we do care about them.
