#182 – What to Do, When You Don’t Know What to Do, with Kristina

Hi there and welcome back!

I'm currently living one of my dreams, and that is I am based in Sweden over the Swedish summer, which is simply amazing. I get to see my family and friends.

The reason for sharing that, is that today I want to talk about ‘what to do when you don't know what to do’.

Embarking on the journey towards your dream life - whatever that is for you - can be both exhilarating and overwhelming. There are countless possibilities and so many things that we can do, so it's no wonder that many people find themselves unsure of where to begin.

In fact, this week we ran a quiz – aimed at helping people understand if they’re on track to living their dream life – and out of nearly 300 respondents the vast majority, 78%, scored low in the "Clear on Where to Start?" category.

It confirms my experience, that many people feel uncertain or lack clarity when it comes to taking the first steps towards what they would consider 'their dream life'.

I've been there myself - I know how that feels - and I'm excited because I know that I can help by sharing my own experience and knowledge with people.
