This podcast is all about what to do when you're in the middle of a big emotional spiral. It can be so hard to remember to use tools you know when you're in the middle of it! This is a simple way to calm yourself down and process whatever emotion is coming up for you. The framework is called "the 3 S's", and my coach McKell Kristen created it to help when you're in the middle of a big emotion: naming the situation, story, and sensations you're feeling in the moment.
