The majority of people in the world either don't know what they're feeling or they know what they're feeling but they're too afraid to speak about it. Other times, they want to speak about it but they don't know how to do that. We are afraid sometimes to express our feelings especially when the other person doesn’t have an open mind or the willingness to listen to what we have to say. So how do we express our feelings and get to a place of openness and communication when we've been misunderstood, judged, and told to follow everybody else? Today, we dive into the importance of awareness of our own feelings and of others in reaching a higher level of consciousness and thought process to get a better understanding of how our interactions affect our relationships.
