Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu this afternoon will deliver an address to a joint session of Congress in an attempt to gain support for the war effort in Gaza. The appearance has been met by protests, and some members of Congress say they'll be boycott the speech. It also comes amid a shifting political landscape here at home.
