On this week’s menu: we’re revisiting across the pond to the United Kingdom. This time, we’ll be discussing more the business and evolution of the UK's digital talent industry that we first saw with the big boom back in the early 2010s of British creators rising to similar status as traditional celebrities. Let’s get into the differences and what it really takes to grow a brand and maintain relevant content in the UK. 

Helping provide perspective while also still talking food, of course, is Eloise Head aka FitWaffle. Before creating amazing recipes and content for the Internet, Eloise originally had a career as a personal trainer. She then started her brand, officially, while documenting her own journey with food and fitness. And ever since has garnered millions of followers across all social media and has published a few best selling recipe books on top of it all.
