Many people struggle to be productive but does productive just means that you need to accomplish a lot of things in a day? Do you know what to do to be productive? C will gonna talk about that today!

Little things you do matters, as little as not using your phone first thing in the morning can result to a big change in the long run.

Motivation or drive? which one should we aim to have? All people can be motivated but only few people are driven. Today, C will gonna talk about the difference between the two and how can you be driven.

There are a lot of types of meditation out there. You might be thinking that all meditation are just like the typical meditation but it's not. C tried the "Liberation Kriya", it's a 40 days meditation challenge. This meditation has a twist, you need to lift your right arms up and the other one's down creating a slant line but there's more! find it out by listening to this podcast.
