What Trump Should Do In His Impeachment Trial

Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. As Trump’s impeachment trial begins, it’s worth noting the Constitution says state elections are under the control of state legislatures, not judges or election officials. But in Pennsylvania, courts ordered ballots to be accepted three days after the legal deadline. In Wisconsin, 220,000 thousand absentee ballots were accepted in violation of state law. In Georgia, thousands of ballots were accepted from people who were felons or had moved out of state. Over 60,000 illegal votes were cast. The violations of the law in these three states alone were massive enough to cost Trump the election. If Trump bases his case on the Constitution, he will be acquitted and every objective observer will see that he should have been. And regressives will be seen for the knaves and fools that they are.
