God's truth communicates the message of salvation, and is all we need for sanctification. It encourages us and gives us joy. In contrast, conspiracy theories feed fear and insecurity, and distract us from God's Word which blesses. False prophets and fake news steal and destroy, while Jesus has come to give us life in abundance (John 10:10). Who are we listening to for our security - God's Word or other voices?
