Second Half of 2026 — It's Not Too Late

The second half of the year is here, and it's the perfect time for every real estate agent to stop, reflect, and reset. In this episode of the Rick Fuller Podcast, Rick challenges agents to ask the questions that can change the direction of their business:

Are you on track to achieve the goals you set at the beginning of the year?
Have you taken the actions necessary to create the results you want?
What needs to change in the next six months?

Real estate continues to be one of the fastest paths to creating financial opportunity, but success doesn’t happen by accident. It requires intentional action, consistency, and a willingness to adjust when needed.

Rick breaks down the Five Types of Real Estate Agents and helps you identify where you are today:

  • The No-Time Agent — disconnected from the business and needing to re-engage.
  • The Part-Time Agent — balancing another career while building a plan toward full-time production.
  • The On-Time Agent — showing up consistently, building relationships, and creating momentum.
  • The Overtime Agent — productive but overwhelmed, needing leverage and better systems.
  • The Leveraged Agent — using people, technology, and systems to grow a sustainable business.

The goal isn’t to create dozens of new goals. The goal is to identify the one or two actions that will have the greatest impact and commit to executing them.

Rick’s challenge to every agent: identify where you are, share it with your coach or mentor, and create a clear plan to move to the next level.
