To close up our series on Red Flags in Dating we are focusing on how we can learn from the past and move forward without letting it be a crutch.  Love Pono Student Assistant Kaian and guest speaker Gwen Williams shares the importance of moving forward and recognizing the signs of an unhealthy relationship. It is important to recognize the red flags in dating that can be toxic, unhealthy, or just not the right fit.  It is a balance between not engaging in a potential relationship that could be unhealthy and learning from the red flags and communicating our wants and needs to form a healthy relationship.  An example is arguing.. Is that a red flag and if we argue with our new person that we are dating then should we end the relationship?  Or is it evaluating why the arguments happened and how the arguments progressed.. And then learning from that to communicate in our new relationship.
