This episode is personal. I talk about my family and how things have shifted, how relationships have been strained, and how losing my grandmother changed the foundation of what once held us together. I look at the patterns, the pain, and the silence, and I had to ask myself why I am still carrying this. Because if I don’t put it down, it doesn’t stop with me, it gets passed down, and I refuse that. I’m talking about letting go of guilt that never belonged to me, stopping the cycle of holding on to things that are already gone, and making a decision to break patterns, even when it’s uncomfortable, even when it hurts. This isn’t about blaming my parents; this is about choosing differently. Because I can’t walk in purpose while I’m bound by baggage. So, in this episode, I’m choosing to release, to grieve what was, and to honor what I’ve been through. But most importantly, I’m choosing to stop normalizing what’s breaking me, and to say, out loud and without apology: this ends with me.
